What shipping services do you use?
We ship all photographic prints via US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Currently we do not ship internationally, however we do plan to add this service sometime in the future.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Google Checkout and PayPal for payment only, however we do plan to add more payment options in the future.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel the print received has been misrepresented or is damaged, we will gladly accept any returns and exchange it for a new print(s). If we are unable to exchange a print, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s), less any shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any return shipping charges. All returns must be received within 2 weeks or 14 days of delivery to buyer.

What is your order cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being shipped. In which case, a full refund for the order including shipping costs will be issued. If your order has been shipped, upon receipt you will need to return the print (at the buyer's expense) within 1 week or 7 days of receipt. Once the returned print is received, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), not including shipping costs.
